Anything can happen on the fourth

As a way to arrange a double family (Tyler’s moms and dads side) gathering with my mom, we decided to do it on the 4^th of July…and make it an engagement party too!

 So Tyler and I had a taste of what our wedding was going to be like. We were constantly running from person to person meeting and greeting. (We supplied everyone with names tags to avoid any awkward situations.) It was exhausting, but good to see everyone having a great time on a lovely summer’s day.

I feel like I hardly got to even see Tyler, well that was until Karaoke. We decided to open floor with a terrible rendition of “As long as you love me” by the Backstreet boys and I can truly say the night went downhill from there, but in a good way. Fun was had by all. I even teamed up with his sisters to belt out “Oops I did it again” by Ms. Spears.
