I started this blog mainly because my parents nagged me…just kidding! My friend Kevin (who funny enough was my first ‘American’ friend in Wisconsin) was the first one to give me the idea of blogging but my parents are also a big part of the reason. I agreed to write them emails on my first travel abroad (which just happened to be to India) since then there have been many emails back and forth from various spots I have travelled to. I decided to turn them into a blog so I could add a little more details and even a few pictures.

My grandparents are the ones who inspired me to continue write as well as travel…and they have set a great example of this (http://www.yachtkatrine.com if you want some inspiration) With this blog I am going to re-visit my Indian adventure which happened almost three years ago, as well as my American adventure, which is where I currently am.
