MU roadtrip…

Late Friday afternoon…Tyler, Kevin, Kaelyn and I all packed into Tyler’s mini-me car and headed towards Louisville, Kentucky. Marquette University is playing in the NCAA (which stands for sometimes basketball competition related) against another college called Murray State.

On the way (when I was actually awake...)

Night one was spent in the car in pretty much this cycle…sleep, wake-up, eat, pit stop for a pee break, and repeat. Once we arrived at the hotel I was ready for bed!

Happy Paddy's Day all!!!

The NCAA actually stands for the National Collegiate Athletic Association, it is basically an association that groups together all the universities in the united states and allows them to compete against each other in all sports, basketball just happens to be one of them, and every March they hold a tournament of the 64 best teams in the NCAA (a total of 345 Division 1 teams) and it is a single elimination tournament that everyone refers to as March Madness… All games are held at a neutral site across the country and it makes for a real neat event to travel to.

As for my ‘mini-me’ car I recently started a new job which comes with a company vehicle, of course this vehicle is significantly smaller and less comfortable than my previous, but you can’t beat free right?
